Description
The PREMIUM Woodcarving Mallet is a top-of-the-line striking tool designed for professional woodcarvers and discerning DIY enthusiasts. It is made from European hornbeam, one of our hardest types of wood, which gives the mallet exceptional toughness and the ability to withstand even the strongest blows.
It features an 87 mm (3-1/2 inch) head diameter, an overall length of 260 mm (approx. 10–11 inches), and weighs 680 grams (18 to 24 oz), making it ideal for heavy chisel and carving work.
The hornbeam used is oiled for greater durability and a more comfortable grip, which protects the wood and highlights its grain and the rounded head shape and balanced handle reduce wrist fatigue during prolonged use.
