Description

Micro-Mesh Soft Touch Pads are designed for precision on small jobs and spot repairs. Their flexible foam cores adapt to surfaces for easy handling, making them ideal for detailed finishing work.

Each pad is colour-coded on both sides, allowing for versatile use and quick identification of the correct grade.

These pads use a unique cushioned abrasive system that provides superior control and a smooth, refined finish. Unlike conventional sandpaper, the flexible backing and resilient glue allow the abrasive crystals to move freely, reducing scratches and creating consistent results.

Pads can be rinsed, dried, and reused, making them practical and cost-effective.

Each set includes a colour-coded grading chart for easy selection. Perfect for softer woods, plastics, and painted surfaces.

Set Includes:

9 pads in total, 1 per grade
Each pad measures 7.6 cm x 10.2 cm (3" x 4")
Grades: 1500, 1800, 2400, 3200, 3600, 4000, 6000, 8000, 12000

Primary Use: Softer woods, plastics, and painted surfaces

Available in 2" x 2" sizes or in larger 3" x 4" sizes.

Note: Micro-Mesh Regular abrasives are recommended for softer woods such as pine, cedar, spruce & larch. They will work on hard woods but require more effort.
Micro-Mesh MX abrasives are recommended for harder woods such as oak, ash, cherry, diamond wood, maple and poplar - MX abrasive cuts faster so you work less on harder woods.
