Description

No.11a gouges are similar to a No. 9 sweep but with extended height to the cut edges and the shaft bent into a spoon profile.

This makes them ideal for for shaping deep recesses where access is limited.

These short bent gouges are used for cutting deep recesses and for hollowing out bowls. They are also particularly useful for cutting ornamentation, radii, and rounded surfaces.

They are available in a number of different cutting widths.

Product codes include a suffix that indicates profile width (eg. -2 = 2mm width).

Swiss made Pfeil chisels come sharpened and are completely ready for use.

They are constructed with chrome vanadium alloy that is made to Pfeil's own specifications.
