At the heart of the system is an auto-indexing step-down mechanism, which lowers the cutter by 1.6 mm (1/16") per pass—eliminating the need for complex setups or guesswork. Paired with micro adjustment screws, you can fine-tune each mortise for the perfect tenon fit—tight or loose, depending on your project.

The integrated mini work surface allows for fast, secure clamping using standard trigger-style clamps, whether you're in the workshop or working on-site. Built from precision-machined aluminum and stainless steel, the MortiseMate is engineered for long-term durability and consistent performance.

With support for tenon sizes of 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm, and compatibility with material from 13 mm to 38 mm (1/2" to 1 1/2") thick, MortiseMate gives you everything you need to build solid, professional-grade joints—using just your drill.
