How to use:

1) Position the Chisel – Place the Double Corner Spring Chisel into the rounded corner of the recess, aligning the edges of the tool with the sides of the cutout for an accurate square finish.

2) Strike with a Hammer – Using a mallet or hammer, firmly strike the top of the chisel. The spring-loaded high-carbon, tool steel blade will engage, cutting a precise 90-degree corner.

3) Remove & Inspect – Lift the chisel from the recess and check the corner. If necessary, repeat for deeper cuts or clean up any remaining material with a standard chisel.

4) Continue Your Work – Once all corners are squared, proceed with hinge or lock installation, ensuring a clean, professional fit.
