SC4 Travelling Steady (Follow Rest)

A travelling steady is used to support work too long to be supported in the chuck alone and prevents the part from flexing under cutting loads.

The travelling steady attaches to the chuck side of the saddle and travels just ahead of the tool tip.

Suitable for SIEG C4 and SC4 Lathes
