Description

Knurling tool holder 45 mm for producing cross knurls.
Opening width approx. 45 mm
High quality changeable wheels.

Shank cross-section: 12 mm - suitable for quadruple holders lathes C2/SC3.

The Knurling Tool fits any 12mm tool post and is positioned so the knurling wheels are above and below the centre of the work.

As the adjusting knob is tightened, the knurling wheels come into contact with the work and the knurling process begins. The self-centring mechanism applies equal pressure to both top and bottom wheels and puts very little strain on the machine (unlike bump type knurling tools)

Suitable for all lathes with a centre height beginning 90 mm and higher.

Protruding wheel diameter: 26mm.

Max protrusion diameter: 40mm.

Equipped with medium diamond cut wheels
