SC6 Travelling Steady (Follow Rest)

Work piece diameter 38mm.

A travelling steady is used to support work too long to be supported in the chuck alone and prevents the part from flexing under cutting loads.

The travelling steady attaches to the chuck side of the saddle and travels just ahead of the tool tip.

Suitable for SIEG C6 and SC6 Lathes
