Originally developed from an idea by famous woodturner Tom Cooper; Basically a long drill bit featuring a spiral flute like a gimlet and a fluted angle cutter. Generally used through a hollow tailstock with hollow tailcentre. Perfect for boring holes in lampstands; elongated pipes; etc. Allows you to remove wood with confidence and ease.
5/16 size - approximately 8mm diameter
Handle is 10 inches (250mm) long.
Shaft is 22 inches (560mm) approx long.
total length is approx 810mm.
