Originally developed for "gentlemen's" tool kits; intended for those who wanted good-quality tools for occasional work; but didn't need full-size equipment. Sharing the same advanced materials as the Veritas dovetail and carcass saws; the Gent's saws have a 200mm long high-carbon steel blade that is just 0.015inch thick with 0.003inch of teeth set per side.

* 7-7/8" (200mm) long high-carbon steel blade that is 0.015" thick with 0.003" of teeth set per side
* 20 tpi rip saw has teeth with 14° rake angle and 60° included angle and have been filed with alternating 15° bevel angles
* 1-5/8" (41mm) cut depth
* Glass and stainless steel filled polymer spine is molded over blade and handle stud
* Single brass fastener secures hardwood handle
* Made in Canada
