Templates interlock to form a stable pattern as you rout signs with appropriate carbide router bits and bushings. Secure patterns to your work surface with painter's tape; masking tape or double sided tape. The best bit to use with this template is a 3/8inch (9.5mm) ball nose bit (814-095-11). Correct alignment of the guide bush is essential. Use a 13mm (1/2inch) diameter brass(RK-BUSH12) or metal bush for best results.

The letters kit includes : Total of 40 letters with duplicates of common letters and three spacers.

Requires the use of a plunge router that accepts standard 1-3/16inch template guides - see RKBUSH12 sold separately

To fit this template guide to your router you may also need an adaptor such as BPA-1

Note: Router bit not included.
