A kit to start with whether you are a novice or seasoned woodworker.
This kit includes one 800 grit Japanese water stone; one 1200 grit Japanese water stone; water stone holder and Veritas MKII honing guide. These components will set you up for years of sharpening of chisels and plane blades, a way to hold either of the sharpening stones, and more importantly, a way to holds the blades consistently and quickly to get blades sharpened and honed.
