Description

New look, new code, same great machine! We have updated the look & product code of our MS-25B (now WDS-630C), however be assured, all specifications of this machine are the same as our beloved MS-25B.

Features 3hp / 230v single phase motor. The variable speed rubberised feed belt protects the underside of panels during infeed. Abrasives are spirally wound onto the both drums and are tensioned at both ends with spring clips - setup takes only a few minutes.

Drums can be configured with coarse paper on the front drum and fine paper on the rear to allow you to produce a finished board in one pass.

The Carbatec WDS-630C comes with the rear drum height dial indicators. This important feature is often missing on other brands and helps calibrate the height of the rear drum - useful when running a different grit to the front drum. Please see the image showing dial indicators.

Also this machine has a larger than normal base fitted. See image.

Adequate Dust Extraction (at least 1200CFM) is a prerequisite for using this machine. .

Requires 15Amp power point and circuit.
