We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase – so please choose carefully.
If you wish to return a product within 7 days of purchase, the product is unopened/unused & undamaged – i.e., in saleable condition, we will consider providing a store credit or refund.
At our discretion, outside these conditions we may accept a return - a 15% restocking fee may be charged.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Note: Goods purchased for commercial use are not covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
