Description

Many woodworkers find it hard enough to set up equipment for a square cut. They simply give up on cuts for pentagons; hexagons or octagons. Until now; there was no easy way to set these angles. The Veritas Poly Gauge changes all that. The gauge; which is accurate to 1/2 degrees on every angle; can be used with table saws; jointers; radial arm saws; bandsaws; drill presses or other woodworking machines.

Used flat; the gauge is ideal for setting mitre fences or for layout work. Used vertically; the slotted knob becomes a stabilising base that holds the gauge erect so that you have both hands free to adjust and lock a fence or blade.

It is ideal for frames; tubs and planters; glued-up cylinders for turning - any job that requires precise setting for 4; 5; 6; 8 or 12 sided mitres. Made from brass and hardened aluminium; the gauge measures 8-1/2inch x 6inch overall. Instructions included.
